Beach Bella offers a recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the third floor of a small complex (no elevator). The living room includes a sofa and parquet floors, while the kitchen is stocked with essentials for home cooking. Guests also find board games, puzzles, and a dining area with birthday decorations upon request.

A year-round outdoor swimming pool with a fence surrounds the property, and sun loungers are available poolside. The private beach area is accessible via a 3-4 minute walk and comes with wristbands to limit crowding. A sun terrace, BBQ facilities, and a picnic area with outdoor furniture provide additional outdoor space.
